Can't say I'm not surprised
No Heather at practie tonight, hence practice has been cancelled. Can't say I'm not surprised. DejavuX4. I am especially surprised that Tim said screw the whole practice since Heather wasn't coming, and even moreso that he said he felt we were rusty at the last show. I'd have figured he would be pushing for practice, but he sounds like he's becoming frustrated as well and adopting a policy of, if all of us aren't there then we don't practice.
So here are my honest thoughts. Heather has all but lost interest in playing music with us and she is having break up issues with the band. She is having difficulty terminating this relationship with the 3 of us and is delaying what I percieve as her desire to do something else musically, or that she no longer wants to do anything musically. This is all just speculation, but something is amiss for certain.

you probably ought to sit down and actually talk about, instead of letting it sit like a giant white elephant in the room. that just pisses more people off.
perception is reality and your perception and her perception cant exactly get matched up by talking about in a blog post. probably ought to ask and answer some very tough questions. and even if you don't like the answers to them, at least you'll have an answer.
